Upon receiving a closure request, abt222 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to the player's registered payment method before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and result in immediate account suspension for the requested period. Where an account is closed by abt222 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance after deduction of fraudulently obtained funds, bonus balances, and voided bet stakes will be returned to the player's registered payment method at abt222's discretion. abt222 is under no obligation to return funds where the account closure arises from serious misconduct such as fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
